Herbal Bath Soak

In many cultures, crossing the elements was seen as a way to bring balance. Water immersion makes us feel more calm and connected, even more so combined with fire (candle), air and that last loving touch by plants. Many cultures used baths “medicinally” or as a way to absorb some of the power of herbal concentrates. We created this herbal soak to bring your foot or immersive baths to the next level with our blend of ancient bathing herbs from the Middle East and Asia. Baths are a great evening ritual that will set you up for blissful rest, but can also be done the ancient way early in the morning, where you think about your dreams as you soak before you speak your first word of the day. 

To get full herbal power, place 5+ tablespoons in a pot of water, bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 20-30 minutes before adding this “tea” to a foot bath or bath tub. Strain out the herbs and petals if you wish. Soak for 20 minutes. Mustard seeds and some of the roots help spark circulation which may be experienced as heat. 

Ingredients include: artemisia, myrrh, magnesium, rose, frankincense, hadassah (myrtle), calamus, Persian silk flower bark, hyssop, dehydrated ginger, angelica root, tangerine, rosemary, ginseng, thyme, mustard seeds, and dead sea salt.
